By registering and participating in the India Holy Quran Award, organized under the auspices of Ma’din Academy, all candidates and their guardians (where applicable) fully agree to abide by the following official terms and conditions. These rules have been established to ensure a smooth, fair, and spiritually dignified environment for all participants.

1. Hosting

  • Accommodation: The India Holy Quran Award assures all accepted national finalists that accommodation will be provided during the in-person final stages of the competition in Malappuram, Kerala, for a specified duration.

2. Attire and Conduct

  • Dress Code: Male contestants must wear proper traditional attire or the formal national dress of their regions or countries. Female contestants must wear modest traditional Islamic attire (including proper Hijab) throughout the days of the competition. The attire must not conflict with Islamic principles of modesty or the laws of the country.
  • Islamic Etiquette: Participants are expected to demonstrate exemplary Islamic etiquette and adhere to the general decorum of the event at all times.

3. Punctuality and Attendance

  • Contestants are required to attend all live virtual sessions, in-person tests, and official appointments on time during both the preliminary and final stages.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to take appropriate action, including point deductions or disqualification, in the event of tardiness or absence without a valid, pre-approved excuse.

4. Media, Broadcasting, and Copyrights

  • Broadcasting: Participants must be aware that the final stages of the competition and the awards ceremony will be broadcast live.
  • Media Ownership: All data, audio recordings, video recordings, and photographs captured during the competition are the exclusive property of Ma’din Academy and the India Holy Quran Award.
  • Usage Rights: By participating, contestants grant the organization full rights to publish these recordings and images through TV channels, websites, and official social media platforms for the purpose of disseminating Quranic sciences and promoting the award.

5. Social Media and Privacy Guidelines

  • To maintain the sanctity and privacy of the event and its participants, contestants and their companions are not allowed to post videos or live streams from inside private accommodation areas or backstage preparation areas on personal social media, unless explicitly authorized by the Media Committee of Ma’din Academy.

6. Health and Special Needs Accommodations

  • Health Status Disclosure: Contestants must notify the organizers in advance during the registration process of any chronic or contagious diseases to ensure the safety of all attendees.
  • Special Needs: We welcome participants of all abilities. Candidates with special needs or disabilities must inform the administration during registration so that all necessary arrangements and support can be properly arranged.

7. Results and Grievances

  • Decisions issued by the esteemed judging panel and the scientific committee are final and binding.
  • Contestants do not have the right to disrupt proceedings or arbitrarily challenge the competition results. However, the award maintains an official and respectful channel through which written inquiries or administrative objections can be submitted to the organizing committee.

8. Accuracy of Information

  • The participant confirms that all information, documents, and data provided during registration (including age, identity, and letters of recommendation) are entirely accurate.
  • The India Holy Quran Award reserves the right to verify all documents. Any misrepresentation, forgery, or inaccurate information will lead to immediate disqualification from the competition and the forfeiture of any awarded prizes or travel compensation.
