India’s Holy Quran Award

The India Holy Quran Award is a pioneering national initiative aimed at serving the Book of Allah Almighty and enhancing its position in society. This is achieved by launching a comprehensive Quranic competition across India that brings together universities, colleges, institutes, and Islamic schools under one umbrella, opening new horizons for cooperation and integration among Quranic institutions.

The award stems from a firm belief that the Holy Quran is the foundation of the Ummah’s unity and the source of its scientific and moral renaissance. From this standpoint, it seeks to build an inclusive national platform dedicated to discovering outstanding Quranic talents, nurturing them, and refining their skills in the fields of memorization and recitation, while promoting a correct understanding of the meanings of the Holy Quran.

Complete Memorization of the Holy Quran with Tafsir (Interpretation)

This category represents one of the highest levels of competition in the India Holy Quran Award. It aims to honor memorizers who have combined mastery of memorizing the Book of Allah Almighty with an understanding of its general meanings through Tafsir.

Holy Quran Recitation Category (Tajweed and Performance)

This category is dedicated to highlighting the beauty of Quranic recitation, mastery of Tajweed rules, and developing the vocal performance skills of the participants, according to the standards approved by the experts of this art.
